OVERVIEW OF CABINS AND LODGES

East Rainier and West Rainier are single A-frame accommodations, each side a complete dwelling. These residential style cabins comfortably house 10 (East R) and 4 (West R), with furnished kitchens and living rooms as well.

St Helens, Mt Baker, and Shenandoah, our stand-alone A-frames, are cozy family units for nature lovers who want the warm bed and common shower. All have kitchenettes and in-room sinks. Each offers beds for seven and one complete bathroom facility.

Everglades Cabins (6 cabins), Great Smokey Mountains Cottages (6 cabins), and Carlsbad Cavern Cabins (6 cabins) are great venues for kids camping. These 18 cabins each offer 6-12 bunk beds for campers. Great Smokey Mountains has showers, toilets, and sinks, while Everglades and Carlsbad have no water facility inside the cabins. Restroom and showers are close by.

Common restrooms are centrally located for facilities not housing same.

Bayview Lodge, arguably Pinelow’s best, offers artisan log furniture and private bath accommodations in each room, appealing to the partner who prefers hotels to camping. With a double-kitchen for non-dining-hall food preparation, 58 bed spaces, and an adjoining meeting area with gas fireplace and lake view, Bayview is ideal for your larger family reunion, conference retreat, or staff planning. Enjoy the awesome view of Deer Lake, or project your video, all in the cozy comfort of this fine lodge.

Glacier Lodge is a more intimate setting, welcoming 24 occupants with two complete common baths in this single level lodge. A kitchen and a wood-burning fireplace make Glacier Lodge perfect for retreat groups or the mid-winter strategic planning.

Zion Lodge features two guest room levels, houses 30 occupants, and offers eight private baths on level one, and two common baths on level two.  With a wonderful common area for sitting and cooking, Zion could be the perfect place for your family gathering.

Bryce, Crater Lake, and Rocky Mountain Lodges each house 16 occupants with a common cooking and sitting area, toilet and shower facilities on each wing, and in-room sinks. All three are single level.

RV sites have full hookups and are available upon request. Call Nicki Coil at 509.233.0299 to discuss.

OVERVIEW OF CONFERENCE VENUES

Pinelow offers you five different conference venues for your family gatherings, training seminars, or worship experiences, each available for rental.

Grand Canyon is our largest meeting venue with 7300 sq ft, seating 450. ‘T’ shaped with a raised platform and built-in audiovisual equipment, it should meet any needs for your meeting or the indoor fun and games afterwards.

Mt Rushmore, our small group meeting area with 1860 sq ft, has rectangular configuration for your preferred seating or presentation plan. This snug structure will hold 6-8 tables or 8-10 rows for break-out groups, white board, flip chart, or projection presentations.

Lakeview East and West Wings respectively provide 1200 to 1400 sq ft of conference space adjacent to our large dining area. You may train and eat in one location, and still steal glimpses across the lake or through the trees.

Lakeview Education Commons, our lower level conference space with 3460 sq ft, sits directly below the main dining room. This water front setting has audio-visual capabilities, and equipment rental available upon request.

OVERVIEW OF AMENITIES

Our Holy Grounds Coffee Shop is open mornings for your convenience, and at additional hours with prior arrangement.  Enjoy your coffee and a pastry with a good book or a friend. Even when there are no camps/conferences in process, the coffee shop is open Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays 7:00am to 1:00pm.

Lakeview Dining Hall overlooking Deer Lake, measures 3,102 square feet, seating 450 in the main Dining Room; 1,428 square feet in the East Wing, and 1,428 square feet in the West Wing Dining Rooms. While these dining areas are adjacent to the Main Dining Room, they are separated by acoustic folding doors, but the doors may be opened to accommodate larger groups. Lakeview Dining Hall is open for your morning, noon, and evening dining experiences.

Pinelow offers outdoor entertainment on the lake, horseshoes, botchi ball, volleyball, basketball, softball and soccer.  Take out a canoe. Throw out a fishing line. Show the young ones a great ball game. Take a walk and glimpse the deer and turkey.

Indoor activities may include board games, or simply a cozy time around the fireplace. Ping pong tables are set up in the Mt Rushmore Game Room.
